one huge disclaimer.... having an implant in your pants won't necessarily guaranteee action especially if you don't have a partner.... oh you could broadcast to the world that you have one but the type of woman you'd get most likely won't be the most discreet if that's your preference... an implant, if you will, is at best one less concern if you worry about performance.... so go into the experience (surgery, etc) with your eyes open... sure wish i had... but i'd still get one
